Meet Caleb, a Castle DES participant living with autism, who has previously struggled to find work.
Castle has been able to support Caleb in becoming job ready, building his confidence and preparing him for employment.
He has since secured a position at his local Coles supermarket, and most recently was awarded Employee of the Month.
In talking about the effect having a job has had on his life, Caleb says "It makes me feel like a contributing member of society"
