What is Inclusive Employment Australia?
Castle is contracted by the Australian Government to deliver the Inclusive Employment Australia program (replacing Disability Employment Services from 1 November 2025). Inclusive Employment Australia supports people living with a disability, injury or health condition to get work-ready, find work and build a career.
Help can include:
- identifying work and career goals, and building a plan to get there
- career advice
- employment preparation
- resume development and interview practice
- links to training and qualifications
- guidance with job searching
- ongoing support at work (if you require it), including funding for necessary workplace modifications and wage subsidies to employers. We support you and your employer for as long as you need, to ensure it's a long-term partnership.

Castle has been helping people with disability to find work and build careers in the Newcastle, Hunter and Central Coast Regions since 1991. Our team is highly experienced in connecting local people to local employment opportunities.
We have supported job seekers of all backgrounds, skill levels and disabilities across a wide range of employment sectors. We understand that every journey to employment is different and take a personalised approach to helping each individual.
Our personalised service is structured to give you dedicated support to prepare for and secure work, ensure it is a right fit once you get a job, and maintain ongoing support with you and your employer, for as long as you need.
Am I eligible?

are an Australian resident
