As an Inclusive Employment Australia provider, we support people with disability, injury or health conditions to get work-ready, find employment and build a career that lasts.
At no cost, we help businesses with recruitment, training and onboarding, workplace adjustments and on-the-job support. We also help eligible businesses access Government wage subsidies, workplace modifications and retain existing staff who may be affected by a disability, injury or health condition.
Our services
Fill a vacancy
We take the time to understand your business and then match you with candidates who meet your needs. We prepare and support your new staff member through onboarding and provide dedicated support for up to 12 months to ensure long-term success for both the business and the employee.
Wage subsidies for employers
Eligible businesses may be able to access Government wage subsidies of up to $10,000 when they hire an eligible job seeker through Castle. Castle will guide you through the process, confirm eligibility, manage the paperwork and provide ongoing support, making it easier to bring a new employee into your business with confidence.
Retain your existing staff
If an existing employee is finding it difficult to do their job because of an injury, health condition or disability, Castle can help through the Work Assist program.
